1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager. mau88 enforces mandatory age verification for all accounts before withdrawal processing. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual users, and that you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform, entering into contracts, or accepting these Terms.

2.4 Exclusions

The following persons are not eligible to register or use the mau88 Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of mau88 and their immediate family members.
• Persons accessing the Platform via automated scripts, bots, or any non-human method.
• Persons acting on behalf of syndicates engaged in match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or any form of fraudulent activity.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the mau88 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mau88 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit all balances where duplicate accounts are detected.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. mau88 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information or to update it when circumstances change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mau88 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your credentials. You agree to notify mau88 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account at [email protected].

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mau88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawals withheld or accounts suspended.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending wagers will be settled according to their normal outcome, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mau88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved channels in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

mau88 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP members upon written request to our support team.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited to your mau88 account within 5–15 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally instant. mau88 is not responsible for delays caused by the banking institution or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 60 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transfer receipt.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday. Requests submitted between 08:00 and 16:00 WIB on business days are typically completed within 2–4 hours. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing on the next available business window. mau88 may require additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

mau88 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. We reserve the right to freeze, withhold, or report any transaction that we reasonably suspect is connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, affected funds may be held pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

mau88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Ramadhan. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be displayed prominently at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus balances expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guideline:

5.4 Bonus Abuse

mau88 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated exploitation by groups of players. Where bonus abuse is identified, mau88 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable only after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied and your account has passed any pending KYC verification. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting these conditions will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

6 Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

mau88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including wagers placed on sporting events or casino games where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred. A wager is only confirmed and binding once you have received a confirmation notification from the Platform. Bets placed but not confirmed due to a technical failure are void and any staked funds are returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, Indonesian term for football bookmaker services), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sporting bet, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI, BWF, etc.) will be determinative.

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play are subject to the rules of the respective game as presented by the dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the Platform's server-side records. mau88 is not responsible for losses resulting from a Player's own internet connection failure.

6.4 Random Number Generator (RNG) Games

All RNG-based games, including slots, virtual table games, and togel draws, use certified Random Number Generator technology. The RNG systems used by our game providers are independently audited and certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are accurate to the specifications provided by the game studio and represent theoretical long-term averages.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or human error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, mau88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the Player's account. No claim shall arise from a payout that results from a manifest error, regardless of whether the payout has already been credited to the Player's balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mau88 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to defraud the Platform or other players in live poker or live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting designed to exploit price discrepancies without genuine sporting risk exposure.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to process funds of unlawful origin.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or residency during KYC verification.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, software, or data.
• Creating duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other one-time promotions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mau88 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the mau88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive property of mau88 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the mau88 Platform without our express prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

mau88 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including internet outages, force majeure events, and regulatory interventions) may result in temporary unavailability. mau88 shall not be liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — resulting from Platform downtime.

10.2 Financial Losses

Online gaming involves financial risk. mau88 shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by a Player in the normal course of using the Platform, provided that all games have been conducted in accordance with these Terms and using certified fair-play systems. The Player acknowledges that all wagers are placed at their own risk.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mau88's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusions

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mau88's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

mau88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data at all times.

12 Amendments

mau88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including their validity, breach, or termination — that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
